How do I become an OMC delivery customer?
Just call 201-224-8489 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to set up an account with us.
What is OMC’s delivery area?
We currently deliver to all of Bergen, Essex and Passaic Counties in New Jersey. We’d be happy to expand our territory if we get enough requests – let us know where you are!
How many items do I need to order weekly as an OMC customer?
Our minimum is just 4 products a week, not including meats or seafood.
Will I receive the same items every week, or can I change my order?
Your order remains the same every week until you decide to change it. Changes can be made every week before your scheduled delivery day. See our HOW TO page for more information. Be sure to check the deadlines for changing your order!
Do I need to be home to accept my delivery?
No. We’ll bring you an insulated milk-box for your front doorstep. Once a week, our refrigerated truck will deliver farm fresh milk and any of your other selected products right to your door. Dairy products will stay fresh for about 8 hours, and frozen meats for 5 hours with provided freezer-pack.
Can I cancel a delivery?
Sure. Just let us know, and we’ll be back next week! Select “Skip A Week” under the Services category in the shop. Your previous order will resume the week after.
What about returns?
Glass bottle returns will be picked up at your doorstep.
Is there a service charge?
Yes, but it is minimal at only a $1.95 per delivery, regardless of the amount of products ordered.

What is rBST?
